Fashion of Pulling Down Jeans

I like to wear jeans but I don’t see a point in pulling down a jean so that every one could see your underwear. Well, there are some versions of how did this fashion style appeared. I knew about oversized uniforms in prisons back then and that belts weren’t given in order to prevent suicides, but the second version made me smile. They say, that in American jails, guys who were sagging their pants, wanted to give a massage that they were…hmm…available, if you know what I mean  In Louisiana, it’s even forbidden by the law to do it. If policemen catch you with your sagging pants, you can pay $500 fine or go to prison for a 6 month…ouch.
