British singer Gary Barlow is giving disappointed fans the chance to bid for tickets to his first full solo shows in more than a decade after the two gigs sold out within minutes.
The Take That star is set to perform at London's Royal Albert Hall on 5 and 6 December (11) and fans rushed to snap up tickets when they were made available on Friday (28Oct11), leaving many disappointed.
But Barlow is now auctioning off prime seats at the gigs to raise funds for The Prince's Trust charity - and he's been left stunned by the interest in his concerts. He says, "I've been overwhelmed at the response for both shows which sold out on Friday.
"Fans will be glad to know we've kept some back with great views of the stage to auction off to the highest bidder so we can make as much money as we possibly can for The Prince's Trust."
